Biographies

Donnie Shaffer grew up in the building business working with his father.  He has gained a lifetime of hands-on experience in all phases of construction while building over 500 homes during the past 20 years.  His practical experience coupled with a B.S. degree in Management and Marketing from The University of South Carolina gives Donnie the insight and knowledge to maximize construction quality and cost effectiveness.  Specializing in design, he customizes each set of house plans to meet his customer's budget and lifestyle.
 
Lori Shaffer has worked with her husband, Donnie, for the past 15 years doing interior decorating of show homes and working closely with customers in choosing the interior features of their homes.  Lori also handles accounting activities for the company and works with customers and their loan companies to make the building process easy.

Alan Foreman has worked in the supply side of the building business most of his life, including 15 years as owner of a building supply business.  Alan's extensive knowledge of construction materials and practices helps insure that our customers receive the best in value in their new home investment.  He meets with customers and oversees jobs in the Aiken area.  Alan also spends most of his day visiting job sites, keeping things on schedule and up to standard.
